Barbara Karnes, RN

Her Hospice career began as a volunteer in 1981 and evolved to staff nurse, Clinical Director and then Executive Director.  Her last agency position was from 1990 until May of 1994 as the Director of the Hospice and Home Health agencies of Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City.

Barbara is the author of the booklets, "Gone From My Sight," "My Friend I Care" and "A Time To Live."
